Our entire range benefits from the manufacturing know-how of the worlds largest home fitness equipment manufacturer. For your convenience we've some useful hints regards warranty registration below to guide you through the process. All other information in relation to the warranty can be found in the warranty book you receive with your user manual.


Registering Your Product

All products carry a standard one year manufacturers warranty that covers the frame, motor, parts and labour. To ensure your peace of mind, the manufacturer offers a FREE second year warranty extension if you register your details within 28 days of purchase. You may register your warranty by completing and returning the included warranty card and we would recommend registered post for this option. Alternatively, you can easily register your product online http://iconsupport.eu/register-your-product. It is the consumer’s responsibility to register their product within 28 days from date on purchase to avail of the FREE extended warranty.


Warranty upgrades are product specific and include :


Treadmill - Lifetime frame, 10 year motor (parts only), 2 years parts and labour warranty*

Elliptical/Bike - 5 Year frame, 2 years parts and labour warranty

Strength - 2 Year parts and labour warranty



*Please note additional charges may apply on motor warranty i.e shipping after year two


Please note whilst level 5 restrictions are ongoing engineer call outs/labour part of warranty will not be available till restrictions are removed. Please beware of this before proceeding with your purchase as this is out of our control.


Products are not warrantied for any non-home use (including but not limited to use is commercial, professional, rental institutional settings). Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original owner of the equipment. 

On registering ensure you receive an automatic email of confirmation.

Prior to contacting customer services, please ensure you have the full model number and serial number of your product available, along with the user manual for your product. This will allow your call to be handled swiftly and efficiently. The technical advisors will help identify the issue and advise on the best course of action to resolve any difficulty.

The manufacturer holds all replacement parts and takes full responsibility for the after sales of these goods.

To Summarize And Some Helpful Hints When Registering Your New Home Fitness Equipment

Please register within 28 days of date on receipt http://iconsupport.eu/product-registration to avail of extended 2nd year FREE parts and labour warranty. 

You will be required to upload proof of purchase when registering.

On the front cover of your user manual it will indicate where the serial and model no. on your machine is located .

The version number is the digit after the model number point.
The model no. will also be on the front cover of your manual and for your convenience and I would recommend writing in the serial no. in the space provided on the cover for future reference.
