Returns Policy

You have a right to cancel any item purchased on this website but we will require you to pay the associated costs of returning the item to us less the cost of shipping the goods to you initially when purchased.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason prior to dispatch of your order.
• You have 14 working days starting from the working day after you have received your order, to cancel and return the product for a full refund. However, the buyer is required to organise and pay all return carriage cost and the product must be unused and in the original packing sealed. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. 
• The refund will then be processed only when the returned goods are booked into our returns warehouse and have been fully inspected.

Damaged / Faulty goods Shipping
Product damage can occasionally occur during the freight process. When you
receive your delivery please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If there is
damage, please notify the driver and make a note on the consignment note. To
make a claim with the freight company we usually need photos of the cartons when
they arrive showing the damage. Please notify us within 24 hours if appear damaged
and we will follow up with the manufacturer.

If the delivery appears to be in good condition on arrival, however, you notice damage or fault when setting up your equipment, you can call manufacturer's customer services trained team on 053 923 6102.
