Delivery & Aftersales
Free Flat Pack Sales
We deliver flat packed free to most locations in Ireland excluding Northern Ireland. Consumers can avail of huge reductions on the flat pack option. As per product specifications the majority of these machines are large and often extremely heavy. The flat pack option is restricted to kerbside delivery to an easy accessible flat surface area. For Health and Safety reasons under no circumstances will the courier assist with bringing the machine into your house or over any steps. We strongly recommend that you've assistance i.e strong adult/s available to help you bring your new machine inside and for assembly purposes. Please note Easy Fitness + does not take any responsibility caused whatsoever regards lifting or using your purchase and you do so entirely at your own risk.

Prior to contacting customer services, please ensure you have the full model number and serial number of your product available, along with the user manual for your product. This will allow your call to be handled swiftly and efficiently. The technical advisors will help identify the issue and advise on the best course of action to resolve any difficulty.

The manufacturer holds all replacement parts and takes full responsibility for the after sales of these goods.
However, it is extremely important that you register your new machine to avail of the best after sales service.

  • I have read, accept and understand the terms of delivery & aftersales
  • I/Customer must register with the manufacturer within 28 days of date on purchase receipt to avail of the free extended warranty
  • I /Customer have read and fully accept and understand the T&Cs that apply with the warranty
  • I understand that Easy Fitness + team will do their best to advice and guide you towards selecting suitable products for my requirements. However, it is only I/Customer who makes the final decision and I/Customer am purchasing entirely at your own risk and discretion. 
  • I/Customer understand that I should be fit and healthy and should receive my doctor's approval to use any Easy Fitness + machines
  • I/Customer understand that Easy Fitness +  will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury caused receiving Easy Fitness + products, whilst assembling the product/s or during using any of Easy Fitness + machines.
