We will let you know via text or email when your product has been dispatched with the courier and you will receive it within 1-7 working days generally. From dispatch notification your order usually will arrive within 7 working days but again please allow up 10/15 working days to cover all unexpected courier delays that are out of our control. All of our deliveries are classed as an all day booking. 

Our courier will drop off your machine on a flat surface to an easy accessible area. Same conditions apply as with flat pack sales above. Please check dimensions of machines to ensure you've adequate door space to allow you to bring an assembled machine inside. Some machines require double doors or wheelchair accessible openings.

You can choose to have your product delivered, assembled and fully installed in a ground floor room of choice by Easy Fitness + team. If you select this option, your product will be delivered by either a one or two man delivery team into the room of your choice with clear, unrestricted access and assembled by the delivery team. You should expect to receive your product 1-15 days after placing your order but generally for local orders we can generally complete within 7-10 working days. After assembling your new machine we will test it to make sure it is working properly. If on testing we find there is any issue we will contact the manufacturer’s customer services team. Please note if new parts are required they’re maybe a wait period between 3 - 15 working days. Any delays in regards shipping of parts is out of our control as we have to wait on the manufacturer to dispatch the parts. However, we will submit a report onsite to ensure it is dealt with as a matter of priority and we will do our utmost to get it resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. At present we offer the installation and assembly add on service to all our Clare customers and to some parts of Limerick and Galway. Over the coming year we hope to extend this service throughout Ireland.

 

You can choose to have your product delivered to a first floor or one floor below ground level for an additional €100- €400 depending on whether you select a one or two man delivery.  One Man delivery requires a strong adult over 18 to accept and assist with receiving the delivery. Moving the machines involves heavy lifting and Easy Fitness + takes no responsibility for any injuries caused taking your new machine from our van into your home. You will do completely at your own risk. Alternatively, you can select a two man delivery at an additional cost.

If you'd prefer Easy Fitness + to deal with the after sales on your behalf for the first two years you can pay an additional €50 per year available by emailing info@easyfitness.ie This option is only available within a 60km radius of Ennis. This may involve us calling to your house to be onsite at the machine when we place the call to customer service so they can advise further and we can discuss the quickest and best resolution for you.
