The ProForm SmartStrider 495CSE Elliptical Cross Trainer is a quality home cross trainer. Powered by SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, the result is smooth, friction-free motion every time you train. 18 easily adjustable resistance levels allow you to increase the intensity of your workout to suit your needs. By adjusting your resistance, you can add versatility to your training whilst achieving faster results.

The round watts LED display makes it easy to track your speed, time, distance and calories burned while thee EKG™ Dual Grip Heart Rate Monitor provides accurate heart rate readings. With sensors built conveniently into the stationary handlebars, you can consistently track your heart rate with increased accuracy. With 18 built in workouts, you won’t be stuck for motivation or support with your specific fitness goals. The console is also iFit® Coach compatible. This requires an iFit® Fitness Tracker (sold separately) and brings you tailored workouts and recipes.

The frame of the elliptical is solid, boasting a commercial gauge, solid steel construction. This can easily withstand frequent home use. For maximum comfort, the large pedals give you added movement and a more natural feel. The elliptical can be stored vertically and also comes with built in transport wheels, making it very easy to move from place to place.
