The NordicTrack New FreeStride Trainer FS5i is the perfect match for any fitness fanatic and it is built to give you the same toning benefits and total-body conditioning as a stepper.

The 81 cm auto adjustable stride is designed to keep your heart rate pumping and target specific muscle groups in order to burn more calories. The oversized cushioned pedals and soft touch upper body grips make it is clear that comfort is a main priority to NordicTrack.

The FS5i is iFit® Bluetooth Smart enabled (iFit subscription not included), and this feature allows you to compete with your friends, as well as letting you easily track your progress and set individual goals. You can also experience and imitate real life runs with Google Maps™. Make the most of the iPod compatibility as well, which enables you to listen to your favourite tunes as you work out.

The large 5” backlit display allows you to track your workout progress and makes it easy to read your speed, time, distance, pulse and calories burned. The machine includes other features such as an integrated pivoting tablet holder, an auto breeze workout fan and a water bottle holder.
